I love this sauce. It thickened up beautifully. I didn't use garlic powder because I don't like garlic powder and didn't have garlic powder in the house. I used onion powder and ended up with a very sticky texture, but it still taste great. I used a little more than a pound of fresh mushrooms so it would have been perfect. I will make this again!!
