1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
1/2 cup melted butter
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 370 degrees F (190 degrees C).
In a medium bowl combine cream cheese, garlic powder and pepper. In a small bowl, combine goat cheese, Parmesan cheese, cream cheese, garlic powder and pepper. Transfer mixture to pastry-lined baking sheet.
Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes.
