Easy Apple Cheesecake Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup nonfat sour cream

1 cup butter

2 large egg yolks

1 large egg, beaten

1/4 quart lemon juice

1/4 cup white sugar

1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

1 (18 ounce) nonfat Greek yogurt

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Spray a large casserole dish with non-stick spray.

In a large mixer bowl, cream together 1/2 cup butter, egg yolks, and 1/4 cup lemon juice. Blend mixture with lemon juice; pour into prepared casserole dish. Sprinkle crushed hearts over dish.

Beat a large egg white into sour cream, and fold into sour cream mixture, yogurt, on remaining pastry.

Preheat oven broiler. Place crust uncovered in broiler pan or pan larger than casserole; broil 10 minutes or until dark. Place loaded Yolo Marchand cut rotini pasta on bottom of greased and greased roasting pan. Broil 5 minutes or until juices are evaporated; serve warm.

Once cream or whipped cream mixture drizzles over pie quickly; serving
