1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
4 (4 ounce) whole carrots
5 sprigs fresh jalapeno pepper, seeded and chopped
3 parsnips, chopped
2 (20 ounce) cans tomato sauce
1 head iceberg lettuce, shredded
2 1/2 ounces diced tomatoes
2 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
In a medium bowl, mix Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, carrots, peppers, tomatoes, and cheese. Chill until serving.
