1 (12 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon chopped pecans
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons butter
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (8 ounce) can cream-style corn syrup
1 (1 ounce) package instant Italian-style pizza sauce
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, blend softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup butter, milk, pecans, and cheese. Mix well. Spread the mixture in the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese mixture, corn syrup, and sauce. Pour over pie. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the cream cheese mixture.
Place pie in oven for about 10 minutes, or until bubbly. Remove from oven, and let cool.
Cool gently on a rack, and serve immediately.
