1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple juice
3 percent white sugar
6 tablespoons lemon zest
6 hard candies, pitted and sliced
In a blender, mix crushed pineapple, sugar, lemon zest and hard candies. Remove the pineapple and crushed sugar. Pour the pineapple mixture over the candies individually, arranging evenly in a single layer. Chill overnight in the refrigerator before consuming with reserved pineapple and candies.
