4 oranges, peeled and sliced
4 lemons, peeled and sliced
1 (2 liter) can lemon-lime flavored Jell-O
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple
1 quart citrus rind
2 1/2 fluid ounces beer
3 tablespoons vodka
1 ounce lemon juice
2 tablespoons lemon zest (optional)
Mix together orange juice, lemon-lime soda, pineapple, lemon rind, beer, vodka and lemon zest. Fill mold with alcohol.
Refrigerate until serving time. Use a small spoon to remove liquid from mold. Pour into glasses, pour. Top with lemon-lime soda and lemon liqueur at serving. Garnish with lemon-lime soda and lemon peel.
