Chocolate Hazelnut Cookies Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup chocolate syrup

1/2 cup white sugar

1/2 cup kirsch

1/2 cup honey

1/2 cup butter, softened

1 1/2 cups brown sugar

3/4 cup corn syrup

2 tablespoons butter, softened

3 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup rolled oats

1/2 cup chocolate chips

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

In a large bowl, combine chocolate syrup, white sugar, kirsch, honey, butter, brown sugar, corn syrup, butter, flour, nutmeg and vanilla. Mix well. Cut in oats using a pastry knife.

Roll the fudge mixture into small triangles. Place 8 cookies 1 at a time on ungreased cookie sheets.

Bake for 8 to 11 minutes in the preheated oven, or until cookies are lightly browned. Remove from baking sheets to cool on wire racks.

This recipe was very tasty and very easy to make. I didn't have any dried dill weed on hand so I just used apple cider vinegar and it worked very well. I also didn't have garlic powder so I didn't have garlic powder and didn't have onion powder so I didn't have onion powder and didn't have bell pepper so I didn't have bell pepper and didn't have garlic. I had all of these ingredients and turned out great.
