Seking Pig at Buffalo Restaurant Recipe

Ingredients

4 crepe pastry - cleaned and dried

8 ounces cream cheese

2 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 teaspoon prepared horseradish

1 tablespoon prepared horseradish

1 tablespoon prepared mustard

1 tablespoon prepared brown sugar

1 teaspoon instant coffee granules

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 3 inch square pan. Cut pastry into 1/2 inch slices.

Prepare crepe pastry by stirring together cream cheese and mayonnaise.

Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise on top of each crepe, then sprinkle remaining mayonnaise over both cheeses.

Spread horseradish filling between crepe halves. Spread cream cheese mixture over horseradish filling. Place mustard over cream cheese filling, then pour brown sugar over mustard. Secure with a pastry knife.

Bake in preheated oven for 50 minutes.
