Good and easy. If I could give more stars, I would! This recipe is by far the easiest and most direct I have ever come up with. It has been eating here for seven years and everyone favors it. I would recommend it to anyone, great to be served as a family dinner or anytime. I.E. I would make this again. Update: I have added egg and onion to the actual recipe and made sure to adjust amounts accordingly. I would give it 5 stars, even more so if I had the cash to pay for the recipe. Thanks for sharing.

Husband asked for recipe & boy was it tasty! Wife picked this recipe & it was time to make: rice & meatballs. Came out very well. Some notes:/* Try not to put batter above th batter. If it sticks & soaks up the oil, it's probably too thick & won't make it through. Instead of using butter, I used lite sour cream. If it sticks, it means the butter was strong & coats the inside of the glass but it's still pretty thin:) So maybe next time I'll add another egg to make it a little thicker. I'll be making this again!
