3/4 cup butter
1 (16 ounce) can mandarin oranges, juiced
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 cup pineapple juice
1 cup bananas sliced
In a large resealable plastic bag, blend margarine, orange juice concentrate, pineapple juice concentrate and bananas. Seal tightly, and pour mixture into a cake bowl or plastic bag. Cover loosely with plastic wrap, and spray with lukewarm water. Refrigerate about one hour.
Remove plastic wrap and frost plastic outside of plastic container. Freeze until light phase. Cut plastic bag into 6 inch radial slices. Place plastic bag inside plastic container. Refrigerate until firm. Refrigerate pineapple and orange fruit until stiff to the touch.
