1 (1 pound) whole peeled apples, cored and cut into 3/4 inch pieces
1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed coconut milk
1 (12 ounce) package ground tortillas
3 tablespoons honey
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan.
Pick frozen dates into a large bowl. Separate each date as if it were a round cake.
In a medium bowl, stir together coconut and tortillas with honey. Add cinnamon; mix well. Spoon nervous date mix into the pan.
Bake 20 minutes or until a knife inserted into the cake comes out clean. Let cool, then slice 3 times to make 1/2 inch cuts.
