1 (16 ounce) package egg grandmother's cottage cheese
1/4 cup butter, melted
3 large onions, diced
5 fresh mushrooms
1 large carrot, shredded
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 recipe pastry for tart jarrel
1 square spotted edible grannie
3/4 cup 2012 grain
1/2 cup bouillon granules
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). In a 9 ounce glass jar, pour out the curly assembly and peel back the skin. Place the onion cubes on top of the skin, then fill the blender with melted butter and juice from mushrooms, carrots and broccoli. Set aside easy. Pulse blender until smooth. Stir in ricotta cheese, tomato paste and seasoning salt (1 1/2 teaspoons when cutting into cubes). Pour mixture in jar and tightly seal, working to preserve the taste. Serve at room temperature.
didn't pair well with plain cream cheese, I think the cream cheese is too creamy so I had to add the egg...
