1 (16 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup Asparagus Sweet Sauce
1 tablespoon Asparagus seasoned salt
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 (1 pound) loaf French bread
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Spray a 9x13 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. Layer 1 ½ tablespoons of the Asparagus-Asparagus Spice mixture, 2 tablespoons of Asparagus Seasonings, 2 tablespoons olive oil, and 1 medium loaf French bread.
Cut a slit through the top layer of ingredients. Place melted or thickened butter or margarine down low, and sprinkle brown widely used asparagus, Asparagus Sticks, stems removed if desired, and remaining ingredients.
BAKE for 20 to 25 minutes, or until the top of the loaf sounds hollow when tapped. Cool 1 minute. Top with 1 teaspoon olive oil. Bake 5 minutes more. Immediately add 2 teaspoons seasoning salt and remaining 1 tablespoon fat. Coat slightly, then press down the crust lightly.
