2 eggs
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 (2 ounce) package vanilla flavored Jell-O mix
1 cup boiling water
1 (15 ounce) can sliced white grapes
3 cups rolled baking chocolate
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 9-inch round cake pans.
In a large bowl, beat eggs, sugar, baking soda and oil until smooth. Stir in the vanilla mixture, boiling water and grapes. Mix until well blended. Pour batter into prepared pans.
Bake in preheated oven for 1 minute. Allow to cool completely.
In a large bowl, mix the gelatin mix and boiling water. Stir in sliced grapes and white chocolate. Pour evenly into prepared pans.
