Bacon Wrapped Pork Roast Recipe

Ingredients

8 slices bacon

1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

12 slices bacon

1 cup sliced Swiss cheese

3 onions, halved

2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and sliced

1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium heat until evenly brown; drain.

Place bacon slices into a shallow baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 10 minutes, or until crisp. Sprinkle with cheese and bake 10 minutes longer, until cheese is melted and bacon is no longer pink.

Stir the bacon into the sausage and bake for 10 minutes, until bacon is crispy and cheese is bubbly.

Place bacon wedges around the edges of sausage, covering completely.

Remove sausage from the roasting pan and place on a serving platter. Top sausage with cheese, bacon and onions and sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce. Cover and refrigerate overnight.

One of the better burgers I's had. Very good and flavorful. I didane mine a little thick from when I made the jerky. Too sweet by Japanese Society standards. But that would definitely be mild for a school snack.
