8 ounces fresh Mexican-style processed cheese, diced
1 medium onion, diced
2 (15 ounce) cans sliced mushrooms, undrained
1 small green bell pepper, diced
3 slices Mexican-style cheese
1/2 cup milk
Melt the cheese in a medium microwave-safe bowl. Stir in onion and mushrooms; allow to cook about 5 minutes.
Add cooked cheese to a large mixing bowl. Stir during rest of cooking. Stir in peppers, mushrooms and cheese. Fold in milk, stirring until thoroughly blended. Decorate with olives and toppings of your choice.
