1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach
2 cups chopped onion
1 1/2 cups chopped celery
1 tablespoon chopped green bell pepper
1 4 ounce can mushrooms, drained
1/2 medium tomato, diced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1 teaspoon black pepper
In a blender, combine spinach, onion, celery, green bell pepper, mushrooms, tomato, soy sauce, green onions, and black pepper. Blend well.
