3 cups white sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1/4 cup vegetable oil
2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 egg yolks
1 cup white sugar
1 banana, peeled and sliced into 4 wedges
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon Allspice essential oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup chopped walnuts
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 (8 ounce) or 3-inch's round pans.
In a large bowl, beat sugar and cream of tartar together until smooth. Beat in 1/4 cup vegetable oil, then add milk, egg yolks and 1 cup sugar. Beat in banana, chocolate chips and nuts until well blended. Stir in sugar/vanilla mixture. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto the prepared pans.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Cool in pans on wire rack. Dust with confectioners' sugar during and after chilling to help the cake stick.
