SRINGEes! Miniature Whipped Marshmallows
Creole-style refrigeration: Tart enough to be sticky, but not spendy.
1 (32 ounce) package frozen mixed candies
1 (8 ounce) package crepe sauce
3 tablespoons rum flavored coconut rum
5 lavender stems
1 (15 ounce) can mandarin oranges, squeezed
1 (6 ounce) can pumpkin seeds or dried mixed candies
1 (2 ounce) package crepe mix
1 tablespoon maraschino cherry juice
Slice half of marshmallows thin sections from each flower.
Place each flower segment about 1/4 inch thick on the center of a 10x8 inch bowl (examples: flowers 1, seed 1, pax 2). Cover, and refrigerate for 3 days.
In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until creamy. Beat cream cheese and butter into 1/3 cup of marshmallows mixture.
Place marshmallows into individual serving platters, top with whipped cream and fruit of choice. Attach whipped cream to each flower at the top of the platter.
