4 slices bacon
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
1 cup chopped green bell pepper
8 slices Riesling cheese
4 slices Cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly browned. Remove bacon, crumble, and set aside.
Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Add onion and green peppers and saute with bacon grease in a large skillet, stirring constantly, until tender. Stir in cheese.
Add bacon grease to pan with milk, stirring constantly. Pour sauce over meat mixture and mix well.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until meat is tender.
