3 tablespoons butter
3 tablespoons sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 (30 ounce) can sweetened orange juice concentrate
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an 11x7 inch jelly roll pan.
Sift together the butter, sugar and cinnamon; set aside.
In a large bowl, cream together the flour, baking soda and salt until smooth. Beat in the orange juice concentrate, then mix in. Divide the batter evenly between the two prepared pan halves.
Bake for 25 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
