2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
1 cup water
1 1/2 tablespoons margarine
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon dried basil
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
6 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
1 teaspoon freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
In a small bowl, mix tomato sauce, water, margarine, oregano, basil, black pepper and olive oil. Cover and refrigerate 20 minutes.
Heat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Place mozzarella, pepperoni or spaghetti sauce on a cookie sheet. Heat as desired.
Bake pizza in preheated oven for 15 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown. Remove pizza from oven and crumble into a 9 inch pie crust. Cover and chill 3 hours. Serve warm.
