Made this for a party, brought it to work breakfast, and everyone loved it... I did use wheat flour instead of all-purpose, and it turned out great. I also used the zucchini and mushroom, and followed the recipe exactly, instead of the directions saying to mix only 1/8 of the ingredients together. I guess this was the magic of a little cottage cheese inside these eggs...it won't make a cake to bake, it'll just fall apart while you eat it.....WOW

After reading the reviews for this recipe, I was a little uneasy. The frosting was a little too sweet for my taste and the cake wasn't very tasty, however. I was also a little nervous about how thick the frosting would be. I made the frosting thick and it was still too cake-like! I would definitely make the frosting thicker if I were to make it again. I made the cake thin and it was still too cake-like! I won't be making this again, thanks for the recipe but it didn't make any difference to me, so I won't be making it again.
