2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1 packet chicken flavored zesty dressing
2 cups chicken broth
2 cups shredded cabbage
salt and pepper to taste
Fluff chicken with a fork. Roll both chicken breasts into a 9 inch square. Brush the sides of the square with butter, fold over to seal edges, and pinch to seal. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine vinegar, chicken, apple cider vinegar, chicken broth, cabbage, salt and pepper. Transfer to a large skillet or resealable plastic bag. Cover tightly with plastic wrap, and allow to simmer at 250 degrees F (121 degrees C) for 1 hour. Tear plastic wrap, and place on a plate, giving the top a nice patina.
