2 1/2 cups crushed saltine crackers
1 (6 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
2 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened sandwich spread mix
2 teaspoons lemon zest
1 (3 ounce) package frozen whipped topping, thawed
In a mixing bowl, mix crushed saltine crackers, cream cheese, cream cheese, cream cheese sandwich spread or canned cream of chicken soup. Mix until all ingredients are thoroughly combined. Fold into cake and frost the bottom and sides of pans.
Place whipped topping firmly over cake and frost the outside of pans. Top with remaining Crackers mixture. Chill overnight before serving.
