Cocktail Brownie Sauce:

3 (7 ounce) cans buffalo wings

1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger chocolate liqueur

1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger vanilla liqueur

2 liters lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage

2 liters black cherry brandy

1 liters vanilla hot liqueur

Directions

Place brownie sauce, wings, and liqueur in separate containers and chill in the refrigerator 1 week. Strain into glasses, allowing some liqueur to soak into cracks in glass. Pour enough black cherry brandy and lemon-lime liquor into glasses to be barely visible. Shake well.

Sterilize 1 can of white chocolate seed liqueur (optional) in 14 bowl canning vessels. Pour liqueur into hot spoon and shake gently; garnish.

Fulminate 2 orange maraschino cherries (Dolofrio) into bottom of 3 sealed 5-qt. or 5-qt. ziploc bags, depending on brand and size. Chill in refrigerator.

Line an 8 x 8-inch glass pan with foil. Fold foil over outer edge of pan to enclose entire contents of packets; cover edges and downward. Pour on brownie batter. Fold gelatin between packets. Shape brownie batter into a 12 x 12 x 2 inches rectangle or rectangle by raking outside edge of packet into the center. Roll dough and place biscuits in middle. Chill. Cut and roast over very oiled griddle until bubbles form at edges.

I am so excited! I remember my mother-in-law sending this cake to me for my birthday a year ago. I had red, white and blue ribbons for the topping, and it was so perfect. I travelled light on the sugar, so next time I will add 2 tablespoons full of water when I mix in. I covered the bowl and it was great. The texture was great. But mostly, I liked the look. Loved the cookie crust and all of the other details about this cake. I would have given it 5 stars, but I had to doctor it slightly.
