4 basil leaves, crushed
1 tablespoon olive oil
4 slices Swiss cheese, cubed
3 slices chicken, cut into cubes
1 lime, juiced
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons orange juice
3 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons lemon zest
2 teaspoons dried basil
1 teaspoon dried rosemary
3 teaspoons dried rosemary
2 teaspoons dried rosemary
1 teaspoon dried marjoram
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
In a medium bowl, mix basil, olive oil, Swiss cheese, chicken, lime juice, orange juice and lemon juice. Cover and refrigerate 1/2 hour.
Pour egg mixture into skillet, and cook 1 minute, or until eggs are set. Add the basil/olive oil mixture, chicken and lemon zest. Mix well.
Return chicken, lime juice, orange juice, lemon zest and basil/olive oil mixture to frozen form. Mix well and transfer to a 1/2 bowl to warm. Place sliced onion and lettuce over chicken, tomato, lettuce and egg mixture. Serve warm or cold.
