1 (12 ounce) package slow cooker pork and onion soup mix
1 (4 ounce) can white beans, drained and rinsed
1 (2.25 ounce) can beef broth
2 cups heavy whipping cream
2 teaspoons ground cayenne pepper
2 (8 ounce) containers dry white wine
In a large, 7-quart microwave safe bowl, combine the soup mix, beans, broth, cream, cayenne pepper and 2 cups dry white wine. Pour over simmering mixture, then stir in 1/3 cup of the soup mixture, allowing the mixture to thicken. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
