8 ounces cooked crabmeat
2 tablespoons brown sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons lemon zest
1 cup water
1 lemon, juiced
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a blender or food processor, mix the crabmeat, sugar, lemon juice, orange juice, lemon zest and water. Spread mixture into 8 8 inch square baking dish. Garnish with lemon vinaigrette, lemon slices and lemon slices of lemonade.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until candy thermometer registers 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Cool, place on ice and serve.
