Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and grease a cookie sheet. In a medium bowl, stir together flour, buttermilk, and sugar. Stir in produced butter and stirring until smooth. Drop by small spoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheet.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, until set. Lower temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until firm soft. Allow to cool on wire rack before removing from the baking sheet.
