1 1/2 cups sliced peaches, pitted and coarsely chopped
1 cup sliced oranges
3/4 cup sliced lemon
1 (12 ounce) can sliced pineapple, drained
1 cup sliced strawberries
1 cup sliced blackberries
1 cup sliced yellow bell peppers
1 (5 ounce) can sliced black olives, drained
1/2 cup sliced almonds
2 (3 ounce) packages frozen whipped topping, thawed
1/2 cup chopped pecans
In a large bowl, mix peach and orange pecans and carrot, orange juice, lemon juice and pineapple. Mix well.
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, flour and salt until well blended. Whisk in pecans, and toss lightly to coat. Spread pecans over the salad. Garnish with pecans.
