2 tablespoons olive oil
2 large red onions, sliced
2 tablespoons dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground dried basil
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons monosodium glutamate for cooking
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat. Saute onions and saute until translucent. Stir in parsley, thyme and salt. Reduce heat to medium and stir in pepper, basil, parsley mixture, monosodium glutamate and olive oil. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
