Mum's Chocolate Frosting Recipe

Ingredients

1 (3 ounce) package Merlot Liqueur flavored Jell-O

1 cup boiling water

1 quart hot milk

1 quart rum

Directions

Combine water, hot milk, rum and gelatin. Heat gently over small, heat-proof flame in microwave-safe container. Stir until gelatin dissolves. Reduce heat to medium-low; stir in vanilla extract.

Frost glasses and rubber band covers with gelatin based frosting mixture.
