1 (4 ounce) can jalapeno peppers, drained and chopped
1 green bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
In a medium bowl, mix 1 container of jalapeno pepper juice with green pepper. Pour in tomato paste and oil. Mix well to completely blend.
Sprinkle tomato mixture over vegetables and top with cheese spread.
