1 (18 ounce) can evaporated milk
1 (3 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup white sugar
2 (3 ounce) packages instant chocolate pudding mix
1 cup butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
8 egg whites
2 teaspoons milk
1 cup milk chocolate syrup
4 egg yolks
4 tablespoons butter
2 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
1 cup confectioners' sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 (9 inch) round pans.
In a large bowl, cream together the white chocolate chips, TFA chocolate and chocolate icing. Beat in milk, butter, vanilla extract, egg whites and milk chocolate syrup. Mix thoroughly. Sprinkle together the chocolate syrup, egg yolks, chocolate syrup and chocolate syrup mixture.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until center of the cake springs back when touched. Serve warm or cold. Frost with chocolate frosting to serve.
