2 (10 ounce) cans chicken broth
1 (8 ounce) can sliced carrots
1 (8 ounce) can Dutch processed cheese, cubed
1 (16 ounce) container sauerkraut
8 hamburger buns
1 cup onions, sliced into wedges
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup white vinegar
3 tablespoons honey
3 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
CUT beef, onion and celery into 1 1/2 inch strips. Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat. Saute beef and onion slices in oil until beef is browned.
Add carrots and cheese to skillet; cook over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in marinade and saute until cheese has melted. Mix sauerkraut, mustard, ham and tomato into tomato mixture.
Toss a layer of bread cubes with tomato mixture, onions and celery mixture. Serve on buns.
