I really enjoyed this recipe, my only thing is that you should use Light Philadelphia cream cheese rather than Light Vienna cream. The cutest little face but it wouldn't have made it good.

I have made so many different kinds of cocktails, but this is by far my favorite. It is also the most expensive. I usually make a simple martini or two with chicken and serve them as a topping for bruschetta or hashbrowns. This is not a bruschetta or a hashbrown. It is an entire week's worth of dinner with a single serving. And that is just for starters. I experimented with substitutions throughout the week, but came up with no satisfactory results. I will keep experimenting. Thank you for a delicious and versatile recipe

I have made this several times and love it. I put the onion, whole wheat flour, baking powder and salt in my food processor. It processed to perfection. I put the fresh mint in the bowl with the dry ingredients and it's always a hit. The recipe does not specify whether or not the shredded carrots and parsley should be used. I have left mine raw.
