7 slices bacon
2 onions, diced
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3 (-1 pound) beef chuck steaks
1 6.5 ounce can tomato paste
2 tablespoons chili powder
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon dried parmesan
Place bacon in a 9x13 inch dish. Sprinkle onions, oil, steaks, tomato paste, chili powder, oregano, parmesan and allspice over bacon. Cover with towels and chill overnight.
Strain fat from skillet. Add fish, onion, oil, steaks, tomato paste, chili powder, oregano and parmesan. Add marinade to skillet, stirring so that no streaks remain. Cook over medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
