1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) package butter or margarine, softened
1/4 cup chopped onion
1 (4 ounce) package sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 large carrot, grated
1 (11 ounce) can cream cheese or margarine flavored cream
1 (8 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, butter, onion, mushrooms, celery, carrots and cream cheese mixture until well blended.
Mix together cream cheese and cream cheese mixture in a small bowl. Roll mixture into 1/2 inch cubes. Place 2 inches apart onto the prepared baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 35 to 40 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown. Serve hot.
