1/2 cup olive oil
1/3 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
6 large white onions, chopped
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup milk
Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in onion, celery, and onion slices. Cook until vegetables are tender.
Stir in cheese and milk. Cook until bubbly. Serve with bread.
Followed this recipe exactly. Had portabello mushrooms too (this isn't vegan cheese so it wasn't needed) and this was easy enough. Will make this again.
