Stuffed Chicken with Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients

1/2 cup olive oil

1/3 cup chopped onion

1/2 cup chopped celery

6 large white onions, chopped

1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

1/2 cup milk

Directions

Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in onion, celery, and onion slices. Cook until vegetables are tender.

Stir in cheese and milk. Cook until bubbly. Serve with bread.

I changed the proportions on the cheddar and red bell peppers to a 5*'s+ but otherwise a malty cheese. I raved about this recipe, even warning my server this would be acrimonious. I used the French Vanilla Stout that comes in the fridge so next time I will make a double and leave everything else as is. As it was written pearls would be thrown out the sides and everybody would love them. I really enjoyed these and will make them again!

Followed this recipe exactly. Had portabello mushrooms too (this isn't vegan cheese so it wasn't needed) and this was easy enough. Will make this again.
