1 gallon water
1 header pumpkin, chopped
1 1/8 tablespoons vegetable oil
3 tablespoons instant rice sorba
1 large onion, sliced into rings
3 teaspoons salt
1 large bell pepper, sliced into rings
2 medium jalapeno peppers, seeded and seeded
2 (8 ounce) cans black olives in liquid
Bring water, pumpkin, oil, rice sorba, onion, salt, oil, rice, onion and bell pepper to a boil in a large saucepan. Remove from heat, reduce heat and simmer for 40 minutes.
Remove the steaks from the heat and stir in the olives. Return steaks to heat and add spiced cranberries and fresh salsa. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes, or until heated through. Season with taco seasoning.
