Mom's Pat Bakker's Meat Pie Recipe

Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1 (3 ounce) can minced onion, drained

2 (9 inch) unbaked pie crusts

1 (10 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup

1/2 cup milk

1 tablespoon lemon juice

1 tablespoon ground black pepper

1 (8 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained

1/2 pound lean ground beef

1 (10 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained

1 (8 ounce) package frozen mixed vegetables

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

2 eggs

1 cup milk

1 (15 ounce) can sliced prawns

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 9 inch pie pan.

In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, onion, beef, mushrooms and mixed vegetables. Mix well.

Spread evenly into pie crust. Place inside prepared pan.

Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Reduce heat to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) and bake an additional 30 minutes, or until meat is tender. Serve immediately.
