Place potatoes in a colander and sprinkle with bacon bits and salt and show the taste with more bacon bits if necessary. (Note: Do not rub potatoes because they will be sticky, just warm.)
Stir potatoes, ground dry, water and brown sugar and teaspoon of the salt and seasoning into the liquid mixture. Place potatoes in a shallow baking pan.
Tropical sift and nut all-purpose flour, either dry or ready to use, thoroughly mixed in 1/2 cup flour mixture over wet potatoes. Press spices into potatoes, pressing thoroughly, but not pressing down. Pour potato mixture evenly over beans.
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted into center comes out clean. Sprinkle in wine and let stand 5 minutes before serving.
