2 cups mincemeat
2 tablespoons white sugar
2 tablespoons corn syrup
1/2 cup milk
1 (16 ounce) can cherry pie filling
1 cup pop corn
1 tablespoon butter
1 cup all-purpose flour
In a large saucepan, combine mincemeat, sugar, corn syrup, milk, pie filling, pop corn and butter. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Boil, stirring occasionally, until mixture thickens. Remove from heat. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
I made this quick, easy appetizer for a party and they disappeared very quickly. Several people asked me for the recipe. I would definetly make it again.
