1 (9 inch) prepared chocolate cookie crumb crust
16 ounces Bailey's bittersweet chocolate with almond extract
1 cup shredded Butterscotch Banana
8 ounces cream cheese
1-2 eggs, beaten
1 (16 ounce) can butter beans
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 tablespoons milk
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Prepare and bake cookie crust according to package directions for medium cookies, making 12. Cut into 5 piece servings.
In a small mixing bowl, combine Scotch, butter beans and vanilla extract.
Sprinkle evenly into the filled cookie sheet. Chill before cutting. Cut into squares.
