1/3 cup peanut oil
1 cup Mayonnaise
3 tablespoons hot sauce
1 (4 ounce) can Mexican-style beans
1 (16 ounce) jar salsa
2 (3.5 ounce) cans Mexican-style corn
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (4 ounce) can sliced ripe olives, drained
1 (4 ounce) can tomato soup
1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chile peppers with liquid
Preheat an outdoor grill for high heat.
In a medium bowl mix together peanut oil, mayonnaise, hot sauce, beans, salsa, corn, cheese, and olives. Rub over hot skillet. Lightly oil grill. Cook over medium heat for 5 to 10 minutes per side, or until chips are golden brown. Watch closely to not burn.
