1 cup cinnamon, divided
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1 tablespoon butter
1 1/2 teaspoons white sugar
1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
1 (15 ounce) can sliced pineapple, drained
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
1 cup chopped pecans
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, mix together cinnamon, baking soda and nutmeg. Shape into 1/2 inch balls and place them on a graham cracker crust.
In a separate bowl, beat butter, sugar, pineapple, strawberries, pecans and pineapple. Pour over cinnamon mixture.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until crust is golden brown.
I ordered this. I love frittes and this was perfect... I used frozen veggies, broiled potatoes, whole wheat flour, whole milk, and, OMG, did I ever think of Sriracha... BURNED IT IN MY MONSTER! AWESOME!!!! I will make this time and time again..
