8 ounces illinois sausage
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
1 cup cooked chicken
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoons molasses
2 tablespoons brown sugar
Place sausage in a medium, dark skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Drain and crumble.
Heat oil in small skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken, sprinkle with 2 tablespoons olive oil, and cook for 5 minutes. Stir. Cook until chicken is no longer pink.
While chicken is cooking, spread 3 tablespoons brown sugar over breast. Cover skillet and cook 3 minutes, stirring occasionally, for 4 minutes or until covered.
I stacked everything onto a big platter and refrigerated it until I got all the melted cheese on it (mine explained 3 web-sets). After setting all that crap out, it was quite yummy-a California passion fruit taste-cooking good!
