1 (18.25 ounce) package orange cake mix
1 (3 ounce) package lemon flavored Jell-O mix
1/2 cup lemon juice
1 (3.5 ounce) package instant lemon pudding mix
1/2 cup lemon flavored lemonade
1 (8 ounce) can sliced fresh strawberries in syrup
1 (8 ounce) can sliced pears in syrup
1 cup cherry juice
In a large bowl, whip cake mix until stiff. Add gelatin and lemon juice; beat until well mixed. Stir in lemonade and lemonade mixture. Mix in pudding mix, lemonade mixture, sliced strawberries and pears. Fold in cherry juice. Pour mixture into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 50 minutes to 1 hour. Allow to cool completely.
